JOB DESCRIPTION

Atera is seeking an experienced Technical Onboarding CSM to join our fast-paced team at Romania! As an Onboarding CSM, you will be responsible for ensuring a successful customer onboarding experience. You will be the main point of contact for our customers during their initial onboarding process and work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and technical skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process
  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers during the onboarding process
  • Develop and deliver onboarding training sessions for customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to onboarding
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during the onboarding process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding process
  • Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and work with the team to implement changes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding progress
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Atera's platform


Requirements:

  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills- A MUST
  • 2+ years of experience as an onboarding manager\technical CSM or Technical support- preferably in a SAAS B2B company
  • Flexibility to work US hour, Monday-Friday
  • Strong technical skills and basic knowledge in IT
  • Experience in delivering training sessions to customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate global customers
